             Now a day's Mechanical Engineers experience a lot a challenges in getting jobs after their graduation.
The main purpose of my blog and this post is to enrich confidence and knowledge among job seekers not only from mechanical but also in all other engineering fields.

Mechanical Engineer has to cross the above three phases to be a successful in getting a reputed job. 

Let me share my thoughts and experiences in the above three phases and tips that could be useful in securing a stable position in your relevant fields.

Engineers preferably from mechanical background need to undergo the above mentioned phases to be successful in getting a reputed job.


For experienced persons,  these points seem to be not much helpful. If you are desired to win this competition as a new joiner, then it is the right place.

Here are my suggestions for young engineers to get highlighted to the recruiters during job search ๐Ÿ“—
      
"Sometimes a fresher can supersede an experienced engineer with a good technical knowledge"

    Currently am working as Design Engineer in Valve Industry. I am looking for guidance from industry person regarding purchasing masters in Mechanical Design. It will really help me if you could suggest your view or thoughts. Can you advise for the same....
